In Case You Missed It: Taco Bell Believes That Student Sections Matter

This past Monday night, the University of Michigan Wolverines took on the University of Washington Huskies in the NCAA College Football Championship.

Recognizing the importance of student attendance and participation, Taco Bell reserved a block of 500 seats they refer to as the Live Más Student Section. These tickets were given to each school in the playoffs to “give the biggest game in College Football back to the biggest fans…the students.”

The vision of Taco Bell aligns perfectly with the mission of STUDENTSECTIONS.COM: To equip student leaders around the nation to prioritize the student experience and create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere at their school.

Student sections are about the students.

College sports need to be about the students — the ones both on the field and in the stands.

Taco Bell understands the importance of prioritizing student sections and took action.

The College Football Playoffs shouldn’t be the extent of this.

Here’s to igniting the student section movement.
